In today's diverse workforce executives must ensure that their managers understand the dynamics of diversity to meet the unique needs of their customers and employees. This training program will help your organization maximize the talents of all of your employees.

In today's fast pace world, many executives are asking themselves the following questions:

How can my organization mirror the community in which it serves?

How can my organization recruit, hire and retain highly qualified diverse employees?

What system can be put into place to ensure that diverse employees are adequately represented in the management ranks of the organization without offending other employees or managers?

Does discrimination exist in my workplace?

How can we as an organization determine if discrimination (particularly sexual harassment) exists in the workplace?

What can I do as a leader to present a more positive image of our organization to both business and community leaders?

One of the most significant steps that can be taken to deal with these challenges is to hire an independent consultant. One might ask what are the benefits of hiring an independent consultant.

Hiring a consultant demonstrates the organization's commitment to obtaining an impartial perspective on the diversity needs in their organization. The Quality Training and Leadership Institute (QTLI), LLC can provide your organization with personalized training and consulting services. QTLI will ensure that your organization is prepared to face the challenges that are unique to your organization.

With QTLI, executives are able to obtain valuable unadulterated information from members of your organization who perform the job on a daily basis. QTLI will work diligently to gain the trust and confidence of your employees, supervisors and managers so that an accurate assessment can be made of the organization's true needs. Once these needs are identified, an effective training program will be designed and personally taught by QTLI staff.

After the assessment and training is completed, your organization will reap the benefits in the form of higher employee morale, greater respect from the community, an increase in market share and a decrease in civil litigation costs.

In the event of a lawsuit, the training and follow up actions provided by QTLI can demonstrate to a jury that your organization has a commitment to rooting out discrimination in the workplace.

Because today's workforce is more diverse than ever before, executives must ensure that their managers understand the dynamics of diversity in their workplace. They must understand how to effectively meet the unique needs of diverse employees and they must understand how to maximize the talents of all of their employees.
