Kimberly A. Sea
8/31/2004 Kimberly is originally from the mid west. She graduated from Indiana University in May 2000. In addition to being our office manager, she is also a skilled trainer and an integral part of our management team. Kimberly is a friendly, articulate communicator. You will find your telephone conversations with Kimberly to be a very pleasurable experience. She is experienced in several operating office machines, document management systems and software programs (DocuShare, Microsoft Office Suite – MS Word, Excel, Access, Power Point, and Word Perfect, etc.), Typing 60 wpm, Shorthand and Dictation 80 wpm. She has excellent records management, proofreading, customer service, marketing, and human resource management skills. Kimberly also earned a certificate in Secretarial Business. Kimberly provides administrative and operational support to the company President and clerical support to the administrative staff. She prepares minutes, purchase requisitions, correspondence, reports and specialized documents through a variety of computer software programs. She performs arithmetic calculations for payroll, organizes and maintains various files. She handles customer service requests for most of our clients. Kimberly gained a tremendous amount of practical human resource management experience while working for one of the largest staffing agencies in the country. For several years, Kimberly has been actively engaged in many aspects of human resources management such as recruiting, orientation and employee retention. She has been instrumental in implementing several staffing strategies. She filled work orders, coordinated job fairs, conducted marketing activities and managed customer accounts throughout the South Chicago region. Kimberly has considerable expertise with respect to women in business and women leaders. Her unique insight into the challenges that women face in the workplace has earned her recognition from the University of Maryland. |
